We graciously take returns of unopened, unutilized, and undamaged products bought from our website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the initial acquisition. We're absolutely terrified we won't be able to give you a refund or exchange:
- If 30 days have gone by since your last purchase at Fully Kratom.
- To qualify for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same state as when you purchased it at Fully Kratom.
- It must also be brand new, unopened, and sealed in its original packing.
- We will not return any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing components (i.e., incomplete sample kits), or is harmed or missing parts for causes other than our error.
- A refund is not available for items returned over 30 days after delivery.
Late Or Non-Existent Refunds
Ask your bank or check your personal account first, next call your credit card company if you've not gotten a refund within the stipulated time frame. This is due to the fact that your reimbursement may take a while to arrive in your account. Get in contact with your bank after that.
